Welcome to Major Motorsport - The Multiple Championship Winning Team

Our team are passionate about rallying, and have many years experience in the sport. The team is headed by former Ford works driver, Simon Mauger, who is the 2015 National Asphalt Rally Champion.

Major Motorsport are a professional motorsport team, run by experts in the field of rallying. We practice what we preach and are successful at what we do, which enables us to pass our constantly developing knowledge onto our customers.

We offer a comprehensive service for all your rally needs at a competitive price. With particular focus on reliability, attention to detail, and overall performance, we are confident we can meet your needs.

In 2016 we have been commissioned by Vauxhall to manage the Vauxhall Motorsport Junior Rally Team and maintain the Vauxhall ADAM R2's in the Junior British Rally Championship.

Our previous notable results include: 2015 National Taram Champions, 2014 British Rally Junior Champions, 2014 Wales Rally GB Class Win, 2013 & 2014 National 2WD Asphalt Champions, 2013 British Female Codriver Champion, 2011 BTRDA National Asphalt Champion and former European Ford Puma Rally Champion. Our drivers and co-drivers have had many outright overall wins in various rallies, and class wins in UK, European and World Rally level events.

SIMON MAUGER

TEAM PRINCIPLE

Simon is a former Ford works driver, whose previous wins include the Ford Ka championship, and the European Puma championship. Since 2007 he has competed in his Major Motorsport prepared Escort, unbeaten by any other MK2 to date! Simon made history in August 2010, when he became the first MK2 driver to win a National rally in over 20 years! This was proved to be no fluke as he has achieved the same result in several National rallies since.

We are tremendously proud of our mechanics, technicians and engineers. All of our staff are fully qualified mechanics with years of experience in rallying. Motorsport is a passion within our team, so many of our staff also compete themselves so can truly appreciate what is like to be in the hot seat.

LOGISTICS MANAGER

Having moved from Australia, Evangeline is young, hard working and passionate.

Studying a Bachelor of Tourism and Event Management with the University of South Australia externally, she brings new ideas and perspectives to the team.

Gripper - Corby Motorsport ltd Gripper differentials are based on the well proven multi-plate principle. Unique design features of Gripper differentials make them unusually progressive in action and extremely compact so they can be fitted into applications where before no LSD has been available.	Nicky Grist Nicky Grist Motorsports Ltd, based in South Wales are the UK importer of Stilo Helmets and Intercoms, Hidja Rally computers, Nicky Grist branded products and also the Colin McRae Sport range of clothing and footwear.
Humphris Oxford Humphris Oxford specialise in the authorised sale and service of Kia and Mitsubishi cars in Oxford, Oxfordshire, as well as having a wide range of used cars available.	Michelin Rally tyres as used on Simon's own vehicles. The Metro 4M4 which Simon is currently leading the National Asphalt Championship in, runs on Michelin tyres.
